Our flagship offering is a GCPT-aligned Governance Capacity Assessment that maps directly to how Indigenous Services Canada thinks about governance capacity — and can be used to support a Nation’s ISC funding application.
Governance & Self-Determination
Our signature methodology is anchored on the ISC Governance Capacity Planning Tool (Form 83-182). We assess capacity across the ten ISC functions and produce a five-year capacity development plan.
