Most communities cannot keep up. The cost is either rights erosion or project delay.
What our consultation referral platform does
Inbox capture
Referrals arriving by email are captured automatically, so nothing falls through the cracks of an overloaded inbox.
Automatic extraction with source citation
Key facts — proponent, location, activity, deadline — are extracted and linked back to the exact source text, so every field is verifiable.
Overlap detection
New referrals are checked against past ones to surface overlapping territory, related projects, and cumulative effects.
Draft response generation
A first-draft response is prepared for staff to review and edit. The draft is a starting point, never a final word.
Priority routing with deadline tracking
Each referral is ranked by urgency and routed to the right person, with statutory and agreed deadlines tracked.

It does not make decisions.
Triage and drafting support people. The Nation decides.
It does not train on Nation data.
Your referrals and records never become training data for any model.

Our consultation referral platform is designed to store and process your data in Canada. Before any Nation's data is processed, we will confirm in writing where every component processes data.
Per-tenant isolation
Each Nation’s data is isolated from every other tenant’s — no shared pools, no cross-contamination.
No model training on Nation data
Your data is used to serve you, and for nothing else. It does not train any AI model.
Full data export and deletion rights
You can export everything, and you can delete everything, at any time.
Audit logs the Nation can inspect
Access and activity are logged, and the logs are yours to review.
Pricing
$1,500–$5,000 per month, depending on Nation size.
Capacity-funded access is available where industry or the Crown is funding community capacity.
We are planning a small pilot cohort for 2027.
