What we do
Serve First Nations
We work alongside Bands and Councils on governance and self-determination, economic development, consultation and major-project response, funding and capital access, training, and technology. The work is practical: a land code, a development corporation, a defensible consultation process, a successful funding application. We build capacity that stays in the community after we leave.
Engage industry
For proponents, we support engagement strategy, Impact-Benefit Agreement preparation, and the flow-through of capacity funding so that communities can participate meaningfully. We help corporate clients pursue PAIR certification through the Canadian Council for Indigenous Business. We are clear about where our obligations lie, and we say so in writing.
Support government
We advise public-sector clients on Indigenous procurement targets, UNDRIP implementation, and the design of consultation processes that meet the Crown’s legal duty and hold up under scrutiny. The goal is process that is defensible because it is genuine — not because it is documented.

Our governance practice is anchored on the ISC Governance Capacity Planning Tool.
It is the same instrument First Nations use to assess capacity and apply for Indigenous Services Canada funding. We use the framework Band administrators already know. Our paid deliverable supports the application your community files.
